Bought a mattress end of December for sister visiting out of town. She slept on it 4 nights before home. She asks if it can be returned for a softer one. Went in and they say have to wait and try for 30 days. "Why my sister won't be back for a long time?" It says here on your contract. Wait the time. Go back and find mattress. They have to order it. I purchased a mattress about 3-4 months ago. It was Sealy mattress , the total price was about $2000. Two months after the purchase it slowly start to sink. After giving me and my girlfriend back pain we decided to go back to the store and see what can be done. The sales person very rudely told me that mattress is like a "slice of bread" and when water touch the bread it go down, lol, And said that my body oils took down the mattress. We are sorry to hear Mr. B***** is unhappy with his purchase. His original purchase of a Kelburn was made June 4th, 2020, with delivery being made June 5th, 2020. Within 2 days (June 6th, 2020) he went in and made a re-selection to a Trust mattress stating the bed was uncomfortable. Best Matress store is the worst ever I seen before starting with customer service and finish with the quality of produce , I will never go there anymore and I will tell to all my friends and coworkers never shop at best Matress store , they just find the way how easy to go away from all issues instead of giving good customers service, THE WORST PLACE IN LAS VEGAS!!!!!!!

I moved to Las Vegas a few years ago and have already purchased several mattresses and bed frames from Best Mattress. They are a straight up company with great products and fabulous prices. The many locations make it easy to do business with them. My wife and I are 100% satisfied and happy with their products and we sleep soundly each night with no complaints.
