Bought a purple mattress from Best Mattess during their Black Friday/Cyber Monday sale & the sales experience was great! Martha, at the North Decatur location, was extremely informative and patient with us while we were shopping and trying things out. Great experience. Our salesperson, Bill at the N Decatur location, was not pushy at all. He listened to our needs and steered us in the right direction. We walked out feeling great about our Tempur-Pedic mattresses. Also added bonus, mattresses and pillows were delivered within 3 hours of purchase.
I hate going mattress shopping. I always feel like it's super high pressure to get the top of the line bed + all the bells and whistles. I often feel like the salesperson isn't completely forthcoming about warranties and guarantees, and it's one of those experiences I'm usually glad I don't have to go through all that often.
