I hate going mattress shopping. I always feel like it's super high pressure to get the top of the line bed + all the bells and whistles. Martha, at the North Decatur location, was extremely informative and patient with us while we were shopping and trying things out. She was not pushy, gave us our space at appropriate times, and wanted our buying experience to be enjoyable. My husband and I spent hours researching beds and visiting different places in town. Kris, the store manager, was very attentive and helpful.
