Bought a purple mattress from Best Mattess during their Black Friday/Cyber Monday sale & the sales experience was great! My husband and I spent hours researching beds and visiting different places in town. Kris, the store manager, was very attentive and helpful. I hate going mattress shopping. I always feel like it's super high pressure to get the top of the line bed + all the bells and whistles. I often feel like the salesperson isn't completely forthcoming about warranties and guarantees, and it's one of those experiences I'm usually glad I don't have to go through all that often.
