Bought a purple mattress from Best Mattess during their Black Friday/Cyber Monday sale & the sales experience was great! Martha, at the North Decatur location, was extremely informative and patient with us while we were shopping and trying things out. Great experience. Our salesperson, Bill at the N Decatur location, was not pushy at all. He listened to our needs and steered us in the right direction. We walked out feeling great about our Tempur-Pedic mattresses. Also added bonus, mattresses and pillows were delivered within 3 hours of purchase.
My purchase was quick and easy. Bill was an amazing salesman and was able to answer all of my questions to make sure I made the best mattress choice for my 3 kids. Thank you Bill!
My husband and I spent hours researching beds and visiting different places in town. Kris, the store manager, was very attentive and helpful. He was knowledgeable and patient as we took the time to decide which mattress and adjustable bed frames we wanted.
