Vince was awesome. answered all my questions educated me on the whole plumbing system and put some additional drain cleaner in for future prevention of any clogs. Definitely the best service in Scottsbluff.
The service was diagnosing new AC noise. Fall special was no charge! Jonathan and his assistant were so polite. I felt very respected when we discussed the possible problems and details associated with the repair ! Excellent customer service. !
Was not happy that even though I told him I had the filter for my water purifier that he tried to charge me for that. I had to call the manager to find out why I was being charged $300. to unscrew the canister and simply put it in! Then he called back and said he and another couldn’t get it unscrewed and it would cost $800. if they came back!! My son-in-law facetimed my sister-in-law who got it off easily and replaced it and it’s working great! Maybe since I’m a woman I was underestimated and overcharged!
Hayden was professional and knowledgeable. They got out to me the same day. The price point was reasonable. The name is correct. They are the best HVAC experience in Scottsbluff that I’ve experienced. Would definitely recommend.
