The plumber was very respectful, helpful, and kind. Explained options for repairing the issue and the wall afterwards. He did not have a part he needed and went and got it on a Saturday. Don’t get me wrong, cost plenty of money, but at least it’s fixed on a Saturday

Very happy with their service & quickness of getting to my home when my furnace decided to quit on me. And very grateful that they had one in the area for my home. Other places said it would be a week but that would give us heaters. Very reasonably priced as well!

This was the first winter with a new propane furnace and it failed in the middle of the night when the temperature dropped to negative 4 degrees. I called a handful of companies and none were able to come out. I called Best Plumbing & Cooling Contractors and they asked for my contact information and then messaged me to say that there was a $300 “Emergency Fee”. First off, Amazing beyond words. Ken, the technician who I spoke with, was not only knowledgeable but made me a priority. In less than 3 hours of our initial phone call my heat was up and running and the service provided was exceptional. If a repair is ever needed in the future I would not hesitate to call. Can’t thank him enough.
