The check-in person was good and very friendly. I can't recall her name IT was a very busy day, but the lone staffer handled it well.

Taken care of. I felt like I was taken care of when I got my storage unit and it was simple and easy. Note though, the lock on the door can be tricky for the storage in the upper floors, I had to use my key (Not key to facility, just a random key on my keyring) to force the door open as it was stuck fast in place.
