Disappointing
wouldn’t stay here again The hotel overlooks blight, not anything nice in Miami. We opened the curtains out of our room and looked at an abandoned space, full of graffiti. we arrived late, from out of town, and was leaving early morning for a cruise, we’re advised the restaurant was hood, so my husband ordered and was told the food for our party of 3, would take 30 minutes. An hour and 15 minutes later, the 2 salads and one burger was finally ready. The space seemed clean, so I can at least say that🤷

My stay was not pleasant. The room was dirty. The sheets were dirty. The staff didn’t speak very good English and could not understand us very well. We booked a shuttle for a specific time the following day and it was overbooked so we couldn’t even get on it and had to uber to the port. Price was not good for the condition of the hotel. Unfortunately nothing.

not a clean or restful stay I’ve stayed in a best western before and figured this would be fine. but it wasn’t. my sheets had some stains on them. they were small but stains nonetheless. so I slept in my clothes from the airport because I didn’t trust it. it was late and my flight was early so I didn’t bother asking for new sheets. I stayed on the first floor with an accessible room. the problem is that the floor in the hall is tile so you can hear everything and it sounded like people were dropping things all night. it shou... read more

Won’t do it again Sheets had stains on them, under sheet had more stains, smelt really funky. You’ll hear sirens all through the night , not the best of neighborhoods. Not much, it’s close to an ihop?

my stay wasn’t good at all the pool area wasn’t clean, my microwave didnt work and the tub wasn’t clean, room service started @ 5pm and the sheets was stained next to locations i need to be
