this best western will nickel and dime you too expensive for a best western. no free breakfast. $250 per night! no free parking. $16 per night. they did have free coffee. did not want to give me any cream! they put out 2 bottles of coffee mate. hazelnut and French vanilla. I hate sugar in my coffee. just want half and half. one day I asked the restaurant and they would only give me 2. the second day they told me to use the pumps of coffee mate. 3 star hotel with less than 1 star service not very clean, missing room furniture, not enough towels in bathroom, room smelling damp/moldy, questionable area, unprofessional staff, elevators not working and no communication/posters to guests, etc close to what I needed it for my travel purpose

Centrally located large room. A/C making too much noise . had to shut it off. Bathroom upgrade definitely needed. property on good location centrally located. comfortable bed.

Bed linen from previous guest, kind of disgusting The bad linen was definitely not changed from the previous guest. Not acceptable. It's a typical airport hotel that seems to get guest anyway. No efforts needed.
