Very dissatisfied as we were told one thing to find out another! They told us they had transportation services from airport and to call when we landed. We landed, took forever to get through to them after staying on hold for 30 min, to find out they didn't have transportation services. Would highly recommend a different hotel that has services more accommodating.

It was fine for a hotel that I never wanted to book. As mentioned above, I was trapped in Miami after a cancelled flight. I had nothing with me, as my bags were lost. The lady at the desk couldn’t even offer me a tube of toothpaste or a complimentary toothbrush. It was a standard room of average outfit. I was trapped in Miami after a cancelled flight and just booked something that seemed decent. It was clean enough, but nothing special.

okay if you are cheap and just need to sleep really outdated rooms. no vending other than soda unless you went to lobby. mattress was hard as a rock and pillows were unbelievably uncomfortable. towels were like oversized hand towels that sanded your skin. nice location to airport

Scary episode Poor security and had a big issue with somebody banging on our bedroom door and trying to get in at 0145 in the morning. Very scary indeed... Room was ready for early check in
