Not what it seems to be in the photos Parking charge $12.95/day not said. I checkout the same day, 4 hours later, and I had to pay the night.

On the front page it says that they are still offering a shuttle… They are not I was very upset that when I called for the shuttle they said there was no shuttle and that it was up to bookings to update their information not up to the hotel. Of course the hotels proper information is their responsibility on all websites if they work with. I was actually told I would be reimbursed the taxi fare of $20.50. And then found out later they would not do that. There’s not a moratorium on having shuttles… So they should’ve reimbursed... read more

Disappointing Los baños dejan mucho que desear.. Los precios los fines de semana son el doble que en dia normal de semana. Y no se justifica.... la valoración por la habitación no mas de 90$

Perfect location but the smell! The smell of the rooms was so strong it was overwhelming. And the room had one bath towel. That’s it. No washcloth, no hand towel. While we checked in a lady came down and asked for toilet paper and tissues. Those are basics for a room. And the parking lot was full of folks smoking a lot of pot. A LOT OF POT! Do what you want but it really filled the rooms, the lobby. I am guessing the overwhelming smell of disinfectant smell was an attempt to cover all the other smells. The location. Absolutely horrible hotel, do not stay here. We arrived and they said we have no rooms. I verified with front desk throughout the month and they said 2 queen suite all set. The room they finally gave us the door was opened and room not cleaned, tub still had water in it, it was just past midnight. We changed our own sheets, found someone's neck rest pillow on floor filthy, the morning after moved to 2 queen, had roaches, plastic bag over 2 smoke detectors, air condition malfunction, still not clean.
