Disappointing To noisy garbage trucks makes to much noise, cleaning stafff do not let sleep they scream all the time very early in the morning making imposible to sleep well. The room was never made from day to day. No change of towels or bed making. Nothing

You guys can do better; its a nice hotel but it just seems as if cleanliness is too relax. the room felt unclean and moist. the head board was dirty and the sheets had small balls (over used; need new better sheets). carpet was stained as well as the sofa. The size of the room and that's it!

Drab, long night, I was counting the seconds to get up n hit the airport Prime location to the airport. A cold damp smell hits you once you open the door. They only leave 1 towel in the bathroom, water in the shower never got hot just lukewarm. There is a central electricity switch which control the lights and everything in the room including the ac so if u turn off the light switch everything goes off, could not charge my phone, had to sleep in the damp smelling room like that all night

Staff was nice, that’s about it. Our first room smelled like someone had chain smoked cigarettes in it, and it was a double room (traveling with my sister in law and her husband) and they said the only other room they had available was a king with a pull out couch. The new room smelled better but we didn’t have towels or wash cloths, shampoo or conditioner, and the sink was broken. The pull out couch was less comfortable than if we would have just slept on the floor. The staff were nice

Property looks like it’s a crack house This property is not fit for anyone. We had to change rooms because of the bug activity. The room we switched to looked and smelled awful the was hair on the sheets and the floor dirt and hair everywhere I turned my pillow over to sit up in and there was a blood stain on the pillow the shower wasn’t clean either. I saw that they had a surgery floor which is why I believe the room was so bad. The carpet smelled of urine. The only reason I stayed is because the had already charged my card... read more
