Disgusting Filthy Nothing Very filthy, only one towel one wash cloth and one hand towel at check in, first room we were given was dirty never was cleaned by HK the pool anyone can access from outside through parking lot.

Avoid this place Very poor overall. The room smelled like smoke, the closet doors were falling apart, the air conditioner made loud noises (I had to wear earplugs because of that), there was only one small towel in the bathroom and when I asked staff members for an extra towel, nobody was able to find another towel in the entire hotel. Terrible experience. The location is convenient for the airport and moving around Miami.

The air conditioning system was out half of my stay. The manager made it seem like I was harassing her to give me anothe You have to pay additional $12/nightly for parking. That’s such a scam. I hated my experience at this hotel. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! Convenient location
