Poor I was there for 8 days never got service they never had tissue and did not speak English and didn’t have toiletries

Bad En primer lugar hacen el check in hasta las 3:00 pm me tuvieron 40 mint en espera En segundo lugar no tienen servicio de restaurante hay que esperar que un cocinero llegue hasta las 5:30 para poder pedir algo para comer. Y a mí llegada una mujer sangrando de entre las piernas bajándose de un uber. Eso no me causo buena impresión Nada

Infested with bugs Cleanest The hotel was infested with Bed bug and flea and there was no routine cleaning and we were charged extra and had Dispilute the charges we checked out earlier because bed bugs and flea.

good morning, you are wrong, you accusing us we are "Infested with bugs", I personally give you the ECOLAB report as NO BUGS WERE FOUND IN YOUR ROOM AT ALL, you got the repot on your hand, you left early, but, if you need to avoid the charges for the last night you stayed, you need to check out by 11:00 AM, you left after 2:00 PM, at that time we don`t have any housekeepers to clean that room to have ready for our next guest, thank you FOM
