And the money is still not been returned to my account and after making reservations they tell us to We had to get our money back the room was not clean the TV was broke and there was trash on the floor there was food still on the counters they did not even wipe off the bedside table to her spilled drinks on it did not have an iron the bath curtain was open and only had two pillows on a king size bed that did not match. Fair The broken shower, the parking fee, the key needing constantly be reset - after being there 3 days realized you have to have it reset before leaving. Or before you head up to your room and HAVE to go way back downstairs to do so. The bed was comfy, the location of hotel was nice, and the staff. The one lady that worked 12/24/20 at night was really nice.. Other than that THEY NEEED TO UPGRADE!!! Its raggedy as hell

Stay somewhere else. The entire floor we were on smelled overwhelmingly like smoke even though it is non smoking. We had to pay $12 each for parking of 2 vehicles which was not listed anywhere in the booking. After visiting the relative that we came to visit in the hospital, it was quite late when we got back, there was no parking even though we paid $24 total for it at check in. We were told to park in the loading zone and had trouble resting that night for fear of being towed. There was no soap in the room and when we aske... read more
