I went to Bestmind for Spravato treatment. While there are some dedicated and compassionate clinicians there, the overall disorganization, short staffing, and lack of communication amongst staff resulted in too many canceled sessions to be excusable. I felt the need to remind them that consistency in care is crucial to progress in mental health care. I signed on with another clinic today, as I have lost confidence that Bestmind will deliver dependable care.

I had an extremely negative experience at my session with Harmony Wright, her treatment toward me was not respectful or kind. She was very rude to me and clearly seemed condescending and judgmental. I explained my current med situation factually and she seemed to rebut everything I said. I have never been treated that badly by a mental health professional before. The building has no signage. Address not visible until you’re out of the car and walking toward doors. Inside the directory was the only marker to indicate I was in the right place. Once on 3rd floor… again no signage. Had to guess which way to go for the suite I was looking for. Best Mind Behavioral health service was a okay!

Just finished TMS here, 36 sessions, it went smoothly and everyone here is super nice. They were willing to work with my insurance and made the process very easy for me. Glad I did this.

Working with Daya Gohill is a wonderful Mental Health practitioner and prescriber. Beyond her amazing knowledge base, she has the ability to be completely present, listen deeply and offer warmth, insight and responsiveness to my concerns.
