I was referred to them via AHS. I’ve had a small leak in my front yard for at least half the year now. Nate and Matt came over to fix the problem, and they did an amazing job. They were very nice and personable. They had to dig at least a waist deep hole to pinpoint the place of issue, and they worked hard until they figured it and the job was completed. I would definitely use this company again.
I used BestWay to repair a rocking toilet. The repair technician, Todd, was absolutely wonderful! He was prompt, courteous, and fixed the issue in what seemed like mere minutes!! He didn’t leave a mess of any kind, and even put down plastic to set the toilet on when he removed it to do the repair. Can’t say enough positive things about him and BestWay!!! HIGHLY recommend!!!
Avoid this company at all costs. Had to use them because of a home warranty. The "technician" who came to my house to repair a water heater was barely out of his teens. It was Friday afternoon, and he seemed to be more interested in leaving than solving the problem. He claimed the pilot light was out (it wasn't). He stated once the pilot was lit the burner came on (it didn't). He was in and out in less than 15 minutes. My home warranty company dispatched Bestway Mechanical when my water heater went out. Bestway Mechanical went above and beyond from start to finish. Great customer service from the initial home visit and speaking to the employees in the office, all the way down to my new water heater being installed. The company did a great job in communicating next steps and what to expect. I’d use them again in the future.
Put in a request with American Home Shield for a water heater and toilet repair. Bestway was assigned as my contractor. I googled them and was concerned with their reviews. The toilet that he fixed on the 1st visit flooded the hallway, laundry room, pantry and obviously the bathroom a couple days later. The next technician installed a missing clip inside the toilet on the 2nd visit.
