I used BestWay to repair a rocking toilet. The repair technician, Todd, was absolutely wonderful! He was prompt, courteous, and fixed the issue in what seemed like mere minutes!! He didn’t leave a mess of any kind, and even put down plastic to set the toilet on when he removed it to do the repair. Can’t say enough positive things about him and BestWay!!! HIGHLY recommend!!!
My home warranty company dispatched Bestway Mechanical when my water heater went out. Bestway Mechanical went above and beyond from start to finish. Great customer service from the initial home visit and speaking to the employees in the office, all the way down to my new water heater being installed. The company did a great job in communicating next steps and what to expect. I’d use them again in the future.
Put in a request with American Home Shield for a water heater and toilet repair. Bestway was assigned as my contractor. I googled them and was concerned with their reviews. The toilet that he fixed on the 1st visit flooded the hallway, laundry room, pantry and obviously the bathroom a couple days later. The next technician installed a missing clip inside the toilet on the 2nd visit. I have been extremely happy with this company. They have been out now twice with two very different issues and handled both efficiently. They are very knowledgeable and their plumbers and staff have been very patient, kind and extremely thorough. Best Way was referred to us through our home warranty company but I would call them again if I had to choose anyone for my plumbing needs.
Several times over the yearsI had issues with slow drains in my home. My warranty company sent Best Way Mechanical. The technicians were great! My home is very old and they not only cleared the drains but replaced the pipes; unlike other providers. i would definitely recommend them!
