Worst service experience I have ever had with a contractor! If there was a rating lower than 1 star, I would give it to them I opened a service request for leaking water heater on with my home waranty company. The contractor assigned to the job was Best Way Mechanical. They sent out 2 men to do the job After they finished, I mentioned to them That I could smell gas in the house. American home shield referred this company. For my plumbing job in my bathroom. A man name **** took pictures of the leaking pipe and left. A day later a guy came cut two holes into the wall behind the toilet said the job was too hard and left. The told American shield the leak was caused by stress we put on the pipes (lol). American home shield sent another company they fixed the leak with no problems and said the pipes were not stressed out ??.
