Breanna the aid has a very bad attitude. Asked about a lady getting a shower who hasn’t had one in 2 weeks, was told she could get one after lunch and she would be the aid to do it. Even had another aid come in asking if she was already in here. I went to go ask when she would be getting her shower and she said it would be another 30-40 minutes as she’s just sitting on her phone. Don’t send your loved ones here if you care about them. It may seem fine on the outside but you have no clue what goes on behind closed doors. I hope and pray the ones who are here and can’t defend themselves gets out. Take care of your families yourself or find the highest quality facility.
I am SO TIRED of this place treating agency like they're children. We should not have to endure that. The work load is also EXTREMELY heavy. And nobody should have to get denied care because we can't get to them. Then if we don't, we get the whole "you have to stay over" treatment. It's not fair. This place is horrible.
My one month stay in rehab was tremendous for most part all but a few attentive were very caring, kind and attentive. Physical and Occupational therapies were good and helpful. Food was very decent for institution food . Not skimpy portions. Nursing staff , good as well . Two aides went above and beyond in their ability to assist with any needs.
