I think I may’ve found my new dental home. I booked an emergency appointment with Dr. Cho and her team after some concerns with work I had done elsewhere… They were able to explain everything that they were going to work on during my appointment & the future to get my teeth back in good shape. This dentist office is a bunch of scammers! Originally found this dentist off the Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield website. I filled out all the new patient paperwork, provided my ID and insurance card upon check-in. Since I was a new patient, they also took x-rays. It was only after the fact when I was checking out did they tell me my insurance "plan" was considered out-of-network and that my $600+ bill was due. I am writing this review to inform and warn future patients. I went to this dental office without insurance and was sold a one-year plan for $350 that was explained to include two cleanings and X-rays. I agreed and paid based on that promise. After taking X-rays, the doctor said I needed a more advanced cleaning and demanded an additional $650. Excellent dental practice. The dentists, hygienist and front desk team are all wonderful. I’ve never had an issue getting an appointment, they work directly with my dental insurance and service is great. I couldn’t recommend this practice more.
