After having surveyed a variety of dentists in the DMV area, I feel like I have finally found the high-quality, compassionate, and trustworthy dentist that I used to have in my hometown at a practice that makes me feel comfortable and cared for. My husband and I have had cleanings and crown work done with Bethesda Dental Associates. I highly recommend this practice. Dr. Cho is meticulous and caring. I had no pain or issues with my entire crown procedure after a dental implant. The dental hygienists and assistants are very professional and do a fantastic job. Front office staff is also great.
This was a very bad experience. The doctor was very professional, but the rest was a disaster. 1. I waited for 40 minutes. What's the point of making an appointment? And no one had explained to me during the wait. 2. The staff doing X-ray was inexperienced and took her a long time and multiple attempts to finish. In addition, there was an X-ray technical issue at first so we had to go to another room. Then the X-ray machine in the second room was far from ideal. Every time I come here the service is always great! From checking in to the medical assistant and the doctor. Their team is best and this dentist is the best I’ve ever been too in my entire life!
Visited Bethesda Dental today from another dental office for my checkup. Dr. Cho and her hygienist were great, their skills, and attention to detail were excellent. All items were discussed and quotes prepared for full disclosure. I am very happy that I have found a new dental office.
