I called multiple times and they kept telling me different things, very frustrating. I was originally told Tuesday December 21st would be the date my car would be finished. I wasn’t able to get a phone call back telling me my car was ready for pick up until December 23rd. This was also after I called twice a day for three days straight.

I understand things can happen to delay it, but I was never contacted to say it would be taking longer, nor was I ever told why, despite the fact that I asked on 3 separate occasions. When I called the second time, the woman I spoke to was very rude. This is the worst customer service I have ever received in my life. 5 Star : Returned Clean
