I have been coming to Better Health South for years. They saved me when I threw my back out, and value a holistic approach. They are reasonable, realistic, and flexible. Friendly, helpful staff. New doc is great, with lots of experience and great customer service.
I've been going through Dr. Wells' Alaska Back Pain Protocol for a few months now, which for me includes physical therapy, massage therapy and chiropractic adjustment. My experience with Better Health Alaska has been outstanding. The staff is very attentive and thorough, both in their assessment and in the way they explain the therapies. I was very impressed with the level of detail and care they provide, even in their protocols, which they have specifically for the neck, back, shoulder, and knee. This place has worked wonders on my neck pain. I had so much pain after my work jury and surgery, and this place helped me so much. I referred my family here, and they also love the experience they get here. They have xrays in house so no need to have different appointments to diagnose you. Bonus is I get a massage every week, and it's part of my therapy. I would definitely recommend this place if you have any chiropractor needs.
Once I finished my paperwork I was immediately called back to see Dr. Wells. My receptionist was extremely accommodating and knowledgeable. My physical therapist has been helpful and pushes me to do better. I would absolutely recommend this place and staff to my wife, brother and friends . Dr. Wells has been helpful, outgoing and compassionate.
