He performed a comprehensive series of tests to completely evaluate my hearing and then explained the results completely, as well as my treatment options. RecommendedMy husband Ed went to 2 different audiologist before getting an appointment with Dr Parson. Both places never tried to fix his current aids, they were to busy trying to sell us new ones. Dr. Parson suggested fixing the hearing aids first and if that didn’t work then looking at buying new ones. Dr. Parson is very knowledgeable, personable and has the best customer sevice. I highly recommend his place of business. Dr. Parson get a double A+ from our family.
