Julie is both professional and personable. She is obviously interested in her patients, making them comfortable and giving them a better quality of life. As a 50 year old person, I did not want to admit I needed a hearing aid, but she showed me how much better my life would be and I am SO thankful! I don't go a moment without my hearing aid now. It is well fit for my low tech life and I am more than satisfied.

RecommendedSheltering in place in the pandemic, my hearing aid stopped working. I found Better Living on the internet. They weren’t open but I left a message. An hour later Angie called, made an appointment for that day. She easily fixed my hearing aid, showed me what to do in the future. What a relief to hear again!
