After reading all the reviews, I’m think maybe we just went at the wrong time. Reservation was for 10:30pm. Our server was friendly but the service itself was extremely slow. It was loud & rowdy a bit. The drinks were good but we weren’t a fan of the desserts we choose which were the missionary crisp ( came out cold) & the carrot me cake or something like that lol. Rude front door staff and wasted my time
Tried to order them through door dash. Forget it. Doordash waited an hour and then canceled my order because they couldn’t get my food and no one would give him an estimated time for him and they are not answering my phone calls. I waited over an hour for nothing.
I made a reservation to Better Than Sex on June 28th for July 4th at 8 PM as my husband and I planned a mini vacation away from Oklahoma to Texas for a couple of days. My reservation went through without any issues. The next day on June 29th, I recieved a phone call from BTS notifying me that my reservation had to be cancelled due to the restaurant being closed on the 4th. I am disappointed to say the least, and the lack of internal standards and expectations being met are more than frustrating and aggravating from a leadership level. Walked in at about 8pm on a Saturday night. No reservation. Okay. No problem. Can we get it to go? Sure. So we ordered and waited, went to bathroom. Noticed there were at least 4 empty tables - if not more. Okay, he said they were holding for pending reservations. 10 minute wait to get order. No one comes in for those reservations. As I’m paying for order when it’s ready, a group of 4 girls walks in. No reservations either BUT host says take them to table 22. Not sure what to think about that. Discrimination?
