I selected this company because they stated they do same day reporting. I finished all of courses during the business day and they did not update or report within same day  and when I called they told me to keep checking back to see if the CE has been updated

Their web site is faulty. I took the final exam and passed, but it didn't save. Now have to retake it.  

Business response:

This was due to a breakdown with our customer service staff not forwarding a call to our technical staff to assist the customer. We take full responsibility and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience to the customer. This issue should never have occurred.

This company purposely did not transfer all of my CE credits when I completed the course. The owner blamed the State DOI and Pearson Vue for the missing credits. After speaking with the State DOI and Pearson Vue, I was told that this company did not transfer the credits. I am not the first person this company did this too and I won't be the last. Please beware!

This is completely false! This customer had all of her credits reported by our office the very same day as she completed her courses. She apparently forgot that she had already completed her CE credits with another provider 18 months prior. Under Georgia Department of Insurance regulations, credits taken in the same period in excess of the 24 credit requirement are only granted 50% credit – which is what she received when the credits were processed by Sircon. Horrible experience. No accountable and no returned calls if you have a question or concern!

christine was very rude and disrespectful after me notifying her of a glitch the system had where I comleted the course and did not show that I had even opened it on there end, David the owner was not caring of this whatsoever and infact told me that he disagrees and that the system has never made an error like that and that cristy has never been rude to anyone, both of which is not true because I had just experienced both those situations, he basicaly rudely hung up with out apoligizing properly or giving me anything for th... read more
