BetterLiving worked our great for our sunroom project. They gave us a fairly accurate timeline from start to finish. Jordan their sales guy was nice and easy to work with. Once all the materials were in the sunroom went up very quickly. They work fast and kept the work area clean.
We replaced a pergola with a better living sunroom a year ago and have been thrilled with the results. We spend a lot of time in our backyard and live in the Wharton State Forest, so there are a lot of bugs. Unlike the pergola, the sunroom keeps them away, but still wraps us in the beauty of our backyard and swimming pool. We can now have picnics and barbecues without swatting flies while we eat, our sunroom has been a total game changer.
We got our sunroom built by BetterLiving Sunrooms 4 years ago. The salesmen were very helpful, knowledgeable, and informative. They helped us every step of the way. The final product came out looking great. We use it to store our plants during the winter time and it’s very well insulated. We wanted to upgrade our glass panes to doubles glass panes and the company handled that very quickly and without any issues. Overall, our experience with BetterLiving has been very positive.
The end result is AMAZING. There were a few hiccups - which is normal when doing any sort of construction, especially nowadays. Working with Nicholas Kaiser is what I believe made the entire process easier to live thru. Whenever there was an issue or a question, he made me feel as if my project was a priority and made sure all my questions and concerns were heard, explained and resolved. I wish my experience with BetterLiving Sunrooms was like those who rated this company a “5”(they must be talking about a different Better Living Sunrooms?). At the beginning of the process the slick salespeople provide pictures of great looking sunrooms but the reality is much different. Look at my sunroom pictures compared to the slick advertising photos.
