We got our sunroom built by BetterLiving Sunrooms 4 years ago. The salesmen were very helpful, knowledgeable, and informative. They helped us every step of the way. The final product came out looking great. We use it to store our plants during the winter time and it’s very well insulated. We wanted to upgrade our glass panes to doubles glass panes and the company handled that very quickly and without any issues. Overall, our experience with BetterLiving has been very positive.
I had a room installed in 2023 and continue to love it and use it all year round. Everything from how Jordan took care of getting everything ordered correctly through the installation done by Steve was top shelf. Just had a follow up with Will to ensure everything was still working well. I am a very happy customer
The end result is AMAZING. There were a few hiccups - which is normal when doing any sort of construction, especially nowadays. Working with Nicholas Kaiser is what I believe made the entire process easier to live thru. I wish my experience with BetterLiving Sunrooms was like those who rated this company a “5”(they must be talking about a different Better Living Sunrooms?). At the beginning of the process the slick salespeople provide pictures of great looking sunrooms but the reality is much different. Look at my sunroom pictures compared to the slick advertising photos. This company has been in business for 75+ years…that’s impressive! Tim was very knowledgeable and gave us all the information we needed, plus a few laughs!
