Beverly was very understanding, courteous and professional for my first session. It can be challenging to find mental health care that ticks all the boxes but I’m glad I chose her. I came away from my first appointment with a feeling of relief. It was also an easy process to schedule an appointment and get started. Highly recommend.

I was a client of Dr. Curtis in PA. She stopped responding to my messages on December 11. I had asked her to write me an ESA letter for my cat and she agreed but never responded. I have reached out 3 times since and was met with no response. We had a good rapport prior to this event and I’m not sure why she decided to ghost me. I believe this to be quite unprofessional as she could have responded saying that she didn’t want to write the ESA letter anymore. Dr. Curtis was a very helpful psychiatrist. She seemed to listen for a while before she stopped responding to my emails. It was a month in which she didn’t respond, so I called Lifestance to switch doctors. Lifestance did not even bother to ask why I wanted to switch from her so I came here. Dr. Curtis is unprofessional, and clearly does not care about the wellbeing of her patients. Ironic that she’s a psychiatrist.
