Dr Billy Pan is outstanding! I appreciate how Dr. Pan is caring and knowledgeable he explains everything and is through. His staff is nice and helpful. The eye exam for glasses is a separate charge and there are signs to let you know. Ask how much your will be because if you don’t they won’t tell you ahead of time.
Dr. Khodabakhsh has been our ophthalmologist for over 10 years - he is well respected and was recommended by our other physicians. We have great confidence in knowing that we are being treated by the BEST in his field! He is professional, kind and thorough and has the friendliest and most helpful staff. Dr Pan and the entire staff made this a lovely experience. Everyone I worked with could not have been nicer and made me feel more comfortable. Dr Pan explained everything to me in great detail and put me at ease. I am looking forward to having my cataract surgery because I know I am an excellent hands.
I don’t have enough superlatives to describe Dr. Jillian Chong. I was freaked about my surgery. Dr. Ching was understanding, compassionate, and friendly. .She clearly explained the issue and what would take place during surgery. She is intelligent and knowledgeable about her specialty. Dr. Chong answered all my questions and the results of the surgery could not have been better. Finally, her entire staff was professional and friendly, especially the surgery scheduler, Gabby. I strongly recommend Dr. Chong’s practice.
Dr. Kodabakhsh is hands down one of the best doctors I’ve ever seen. I have complicated vision issues and he is so knowledgeable about various treatments and considerations that I feel confident I will be in good hands when/if I eventually need surgery. Even discussing the surgery can be stressful but he has a wonderful calming bedside manner and was able to put my mind at ease. The front office staff and technicians are also great. I highly recommend Dr. K and the rest of the team!
