My experience was great. I felt so confident about my doctor and his assistant Charles The facility was clean sanitizer was all over the place with all new technology and all types of machines which tested precisely my eyes for all types of eye diseasess. I really loved it. Charles Dr. Assistant was quick and precise . I was there to find out if my left eye needs a cataract surgery. I had such a confidence about doctor Khodabakhsh. He is so knowledgeable, courteous, ,honest and kind. He is one of a kind so as his office.
DR. BILLY PAN is highly qualified with an impressive resume but then his knowledge , care and compassion for his work, his patients and his staff have no competition. My husband and I both have been treated with ultimate respect and competence. His Staff, and Lorraine are the reason we return whenever the need arises. I give this Doctor and his office my highest praise after going to all kinds of medical practitioners during my over 70 years of treatments. I was there for a check up as Dr Chong had previously removed a pterygium from my right eye. I would like to add it’s been over a year and it has never come back . She’s an excellent surgeon. The entire staff at her office is wonderful . Dr. Chong is so amazing . I never dread going there for an appointment. I have a couple of friends who have had their pterygiums removed and they both grew back within a year. She’s also excellent at cataract surgery . I trust her totally. She’s always so pleasant . Dr. Pan was thorough, professional, informative, and direct. His examination was detailed and next steps were clearly explained. I felt confident in his diagnosis. The wait to actually see Dr. Pan was lengthy. The front office staff did not seem particularly efficient or welcoming, and the office's common areas and waiting area were crowded and somewhat chaotic with patients complaining about appt. scheduling and expressing dissatisfaction with the available choices in glasses frames in the optometry area. Simply the best!! I have been seeing Dr k for nearly a decade and he is everything you could want in a doctor: knowledgeable, caring, expert level in cataract surgery, always willing to answer questions and concerns and great bedside manner plus he always smells like a million bucks! I was legally blind when I came in and now I have 20 25 vision and have no need for prescription lenses whatsoever since I chose trifocal lenses.
