Get directionsThis place is a godsend!!!! I live out of state and needed help in getting my mother in law there asap before I could find a flight. The Center facilitated her transfer, nurses were on site, waiting for her, and she was as comfortable as ever by the time I got into town. Once we got the rest of the paperwork and plan done, my M-I-L started her process. Was it easy on her? No, but she knew she wasn't going to a spa. The nurses were knowledgeable, attentive, and the therapy was very appropriate to each stage of her process. ... read more
My Mother, Mother in Law and others I know have rehabed here. I was so grateful knowing that they were in good care. The nurses would call me if there was even a paper cut to my Mom. I found the nurses to be responsive and engaged. The outside terrace provides fresh air and there are special days with music, art and other activities for the patients to break up the mundane. I am comfortable recommending this place as I have to many of my friends for their loved ones.
Yesterday I drove by the hell hole commonly referred to as The Beverly Hills Rehab center and was reminded of what a horrible experience it was watching my dad suffer there. I would have felt more comfortable with the level of care he received had we put a bed on the sidewalk and let unhoused people take care of him. How any government agency allows this place to stay open is unfathomable. Do not ever make the mistake of leaving a loved one there. My dad has been out of there for over a year and the stench of that dump is... read more
Unfortunately, our experience was deeply disappointing and raised significant concerns about the quality of care being provided. On multiple occasions, I arrived to find my mother smelling of urine, and it was evident that she had not been cleaned or changed unless I specifically requested it. In the mornings, I routinely found her half hanging off the side of the bed, with her breakfast tray placed off to the side where she could not reach it and no staff assisting her. Additionally, the scheduling of her dinner and thera... read more

My mother was wondering the streets and could have been hurt. They lied that she wouldn't get out. She did! Nasty Case Manager acted like she was crazy!
As many other reviews have pointed out, this rehab is one of the dirtiest and most disorganized I've ever seen. The patient rooms are unsanitary, with dust covering the fans and even ant infestations. The staff's unprofessionalism is deeply concerning. Some exhibit inappropriate and even aggressive behavior. I personally witnessed a staff member give a hostile response to a visitor who simply asked for help for their husband. During the same visit, another worker was staring at a visitor in a leering, inappropriate way. My... read more
I was taken there yesterday after having been in the hospital. I need 24 hour care and therapy, The place is a horror show. On a gurney I was taken to a room with two beds, all the rooms are for two people, small, dark and dingy, TV blasting I refused to be left there, it's a nightmare, a place to be left to die. The halls are narrow and noisy, people everywhere in wheelchairs, people arguing about what I don't know, please people don't leave your love ones there, for sure for yourself find another place,
I wish I could recommend Beverly Hills rehab on San Vicente. It is right next to a world-class hospital, Cedars, and yet Beverly Hills Rehab on San Vicente is run-down and depressing. It should look and act more like a hospital--- and yet it does not. The staff seems competent and friendly.
My mom was there after having hip surgery, after being there for a month she got covid. She never had covid before. My mom stopped eating and everyday I went to see her I kept telling them my concern and wanted to speak to a doctor but no one cared to address my concern. finally after a week they sent my mom back to Cedars and we found out she had covid. My mom also had ulcers and she never really ate food again and she passed away September 30th. I feel that clearly the people who worked there gave my mom covid. She h... read more
