The room was decent, but the hotel itself was underwhelming for a Four Seasons. Breakfast was good, but the service left a lot to be desired. Our server casually came over and asked, “Would you like some orange juice?” without mentioning that it cost $18 per glass. Naturally, everyone at the table said yes, and we ended up spending over $50 on orange juice alone. This is a fabulous hotel. Filled with heritage, an impressive property and great location at the end of Rodeo Drive. I’ve stayed here a few times and the standard is consistently high. The rooms are a bit dated but they are very comfortable, well maintained and generous in size. I highly recommend it if you want to be in Beverly Hills and want to experience the best of LA.
