Caitlin is an amazing therapist. She truly listens, supports, and helps guide me while also providing helpful feedback and perspective. She is kind, patient, and very easy to talk to. Caitlin has helped me out so much and I truly appreciate it! From the moment I walk in, the office feels calming and soothing as well. I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of therapy!
I cannot recommend Jennifer Dillon highly enough. She has been incredibly supportive and knowledgeable in helping me navigate generalized anxiety, “empty nest” transitions, and menopause-related challenges. She brings a compassionate, grounded approach to women’s issues and creates a space that feels safe, validating, and empowering. I’ve gained practical tools, deeper self-understanding, and a renewed sense of confidence.
Talia is an amazing therapist. She is very kind helpful and supportive. She's assisted me through a very rough time and helped me to understand myself better. Can't recommend her enough.

So I've been going to Jennifer Tracey for a little over a year. Jenn has been a great and supportive listener.
