I went into BFF to get information about the weight loss program they were offering. First, I spoke to a staff member and she explained the different options, the side effects, the cost. Before I got started they required a blood test which in done in their office which made it very convenient. I had to wait 2 weeks for the results, speak with a consultant to see what program would best fit me. She was very honest with me. I started my program that day, and very happy I did.
