For the last 3years I have relied on a special person at the office. Anna not only has taken care of many requests but she has done it in such a CARING WAY!! I just learned from her this morning that she is moving up in the company Good luck Anna you deserve it!
Great service with the nurse practitioner. I started the treatment. I hope everything goes well. The only complaint is the deductible that it is confusing because there is a discrepancy I. Front and with the billing department. I do understand that’s the insurance, but it should be the same for each visit if I have the same insurance. However, the staff is very pleasant and I felt comfortable as a patient.
I had an excellent experience. I was a walk in. The secretary was very kind, friendly and able to get an appointment for me within 2 hrs. I returned for my appointment and only had to wait 10 minutes. The nurse introduced herself, was knowledgeable, courteous & friendly. The provider was thorough, courteous, non threatening, explained and answered all my questions.
Was not acknowledged by reception who just let me stand there until ready to take my info. No other patients in waiting room, acknowledgement - I’ll be right with you would have gone a long way! Recommending MED EXPRESS does not make Trinity look very well! As an employee I was amazed, sending patients away! Not good business! Owen PA-C was very pleasant and assuring. Quick and to the point- Awesome!
Excellent Urgent Care facility, everyone there is pleasant, compassionate and very patient. The nurses and drs are always thorough and very knowledgeable. I always leave with confidence that I’ve been given outstanding care and advice!
