I just had my roof replaced in early August through Big Bear roofing. I am so pleased with their customer service. Tony and Adam helped us throughout the whole process. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new roof. They also can help to file insurance claims.

I did not know it at the time, but when Eddie Moreno from Big Bear Roofing knocked on my front door and told me I needed to replace my roof, it was a lucky day. After looking at the evidence and talking to some other contacts, Linda and I decided to go ahead with the contract. Eddie stayed on top of all the details involved in the job and made sure everything stayed on track. The crew he sent over was competent, energetic, and worked well together. I had a really disappointing experience with Big Bear Roofing, and I feel it's important to share what happened so others can be aware. I worked with Big Bear Roofing on a project, and everything seemed fine at first. The coordinating guy, Tilak Sharma, was responsive and helpful throughout the work process.
