I saw the new management today making some good changes.. Very safe and clean overall
Anita and owners are easy to communicate with. The location is well kept. I got a storage too small, and they made accommodations for me to get me into a bigger unit. Highly recommend.

Big Bear Self Storage has been a generally positive experience. The buildings and grounds seem well kept. Any answers to my questions and concerns are answered quickly and courteously. My only negative would be the hallway lighting of the indoor units. Many of the fluorescent lamps are out, including the one in front of my unit. During winter weather, a lot of these old fluorescent fixtures are dim, or flicker.
