Big Bear Self Storage has been a generally positive experience. The buildings and grounds seem well kept. Any answers to my questions and concerns are answered quickly and courteously. My only negative would be the hallway lighting of the indoor units. Many of the fluorescent lamps are out, including the one in front of my unit. During winter weather, a lot of these old fluorescent fixtures are dim, or flicker. I've had our storage unit since 2022. Easy access, clean and they are great to work with.
Nice people, automatic payment available, no rodents, at least in my unit.
