Big Bear Self Storage has been a generally positive experience. The buildings and grounds seem well kept. Any answers to my questions and concerns are answered quickly and courteously. My only negative would be the hallway lighting of the indoor units. Many of the fluorescent lamps are out, including the one in front of my unit. During winter weather, a lot of these old fluorescent fixtures are dim, or flicker. I've been renting a unit since 2017. Karen was kind and friendly from the start. They are under new ownership, and they are friendly and professional. The grounds are clean and secure with cameras and a gate with code entry. Prices are great compared to other storage facilities in the area. They do require storage unit insurance, which is added comfort for me. Overall, I'm pleased with renting from BB storage.
So far so good! They were able to hold a unit for us for a few days and the process was smooth once we came back (and before to hold it). Very nice couple running this place and they even have little goodie bags! They seem to be very customer centric. 👍🏽
Ive been renting with big bear self storage for many years. It's always clean and easy to get in and out. It's right next to the airport. I got everything on auto pay so makes life easy. I don't have to worry about late fees cause everything's auto. The people are super nice and helpful.
Nice people, automatic payment available, no rodents, at least in my unit.
