If I could give them a zero star, I would. I had them move my stuff from St. George to Pocatello and there was an entire truckload that never made it to my house. I notified Ben repeatedly and he would not even respond. A LOT of my stuff that did make it was broken. They refused to give me their insurance information or even return my calls. They did absolutely nothing to try to make this right. There were so many other things broken and damaged that I didn't get pictures of. I will never use them again.
I didn’t end up using Big Ben’s Moving and Storage for my move, but I still wanted to leave a review because their customer service genuinely stood out. Thank you to the crew at Big Ben's. An unexpected quick sale of our property necessitated an immediate need for moving and storage. Big Ben's came to our rescue. Ely and Scott quickly coordinates our moving and storage needs. On the day of the move Neb, Joe and Gannon arrives right on time. We worked with Jarom to coordinate and schedule our move to a nearby storage unit. I was very pleased with how the gentleman wrapped my cherished furniture pieces to prevent scratches or damage. Our storage unit was quite a puzzle with all of our boxes and we were concerned everything would not fit - but it did. There is always the thought of “I hope I packed the boxes of delicate crystal effectively to endure the weight of other boxes” but in the end this is on us. Big Ben's Moving and Storage helped me move a fridge from a house to a 2nd story condo. Joe and George were very professional, kind, and polite. They made the process so easy. I really appreciated all their help! Big Ben's also gave me a better price than other places I called on. They were able to get me on the schedule for the following day. I would highly recommend them.
