Garrettt and his teammate (apologize as I forgot his name) were fabulous. They literally performed a miracle moving a hard wood desk up a steep and narrow staircase without a chip in any paint or corner. They were patient, calculated, friendly going the extra mile. Everything arrived in perfect shape which included several hand painted pieces of furniture. Had a long distance move with Big Ben’s and it couldn't have gone smoother! They were courteous, quick and efficient! They stopped for nothing until the truck was completely loaded! Impressive! And then upon delivery it was the same 2 guys along with 2 more to set up the house. In addition, no damage of any sort occurred. Yes, they’ll say everything was packed very well but they took care of it and made certain it got where it needed to go safely! Thank you Big Ben’s!
We hired Big Ben's Moving to move my senior parents household in St. George to an assisted living center in Saratoga Springs. They were so professional and did such a thorough job with making sure each and every piece was protected. I'd never seen so many pads used and taped into position. Troy and James helped us unload and it was done so quickly. I'd recommend them to anyone. Well done guys.
Big Ben’s was amazing! They made my move so easy and super fast. They moved all my heavy furniture up two flights of stairs and took great care of everything. They were really communicative, professional, and just made the whole process stress free. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them if you’re looking for movers!
