If I could give Big Ben’s Moving and Storage zero stars, I would. Our experience with this company has been unbelievably bad from start to finish. They damaged our flooring, shattered a glass table, and even managed to ruin a Peloton treadmill during a single move in October 2025. Had to move from an apt on ground floor to one on second floor of the same building. The 2 young gentlemen Chase and Clarkson I think his name was were very hard working and never stopped helping pack and move everything. They worked about 6 and half hours straight. No breaks. It was a sudden unexpected move as a car ran into our apt building and did a lot of structural damage to my living room wall And windows. Had to move so they could fix it. It will take weeks to fix. This company is amazing; they were so helpful with my whole process and very understanding when my plans changed. They were accommodating, helpful, and prepared. They were faster than I expected and communicated every step of the way. I was very impressed and will be using them again!
