Big Blue Restoration did my restoration after a water leak in my utility closet. They did a thorough job of checking where the water was and surrounding areas. After much effort on their part, the water damage is gone and the surrounding area is clean. Zak was so diligent in following up all work promised and delivered. This company did restoration work on the home next to ours that had extensive fire damage from a lightening strike. I was totally amazed at how quickly and professionally they went about the job of removing everything in a new home down to the studs. What was even more amazing was to see them remove and replace the entire roof system on the home. We purchased a new home and all was great. We left on a cruise and when we returned, the hardwoods were soaked and buckling. The fridge had been leaking for years and no one knew. Big Blue Restoration restored our property after a flood caused by a ruptured water heater pipe. The owner, ****, thoroughly explained the process to us, including how our insurance company would work with us.
