I’ve had a really good experience with Big Dog Storage. It’s located right on I-20 about 8 miles outside of Canton, which makes it super convenient if you need storage near Canton, TX with easy highway access. Greg, the owner, is extremely accommodating and easy to reach. Anytime I’ve had a question, he’s responded quickly and been very helpful. Big Dog Storage has been fantastic to work with. We’ve stored a few of our Prevost buses there and have felt completely confident in their security and management. The grounds are always clean and well kept, and the app makes getting in and out incredibly easy. The owners are great people — responsive, helpful, and genuinely care about their customers. I highly recommend them!
Greg was awesome in the help he provided; I was traveling across country towing a trailer and trying to lease a storage unit at my destination at the same time. There were some technical glitches with the program, so Greg met me to finalize everything; the unit was spotless and ready for use. I would highly recommend Greg and Big Dog Storage.
Greg with Big Dog Storage was fantastic. Ended up moving all of a sudden and Greg was very accommodating for our situation. Greg offered top notch customer service and was always available for a phone call if we needed some help with the facility.
