I can't say enough about Greg over at Big Dog Storage.. He helped me out in a horrible pinch, and went fat out of his way to accommodate me. Not only did he get me into a spot at such a late hour, but he recommended the only trailer repair shop (contacted many) that was willing to help me. Big Dog Storage is a top notch facility! The app is easy to operate and the storage units are very clean and well maintained. Very secure and well lit. The owner Greg is great to work with and resolves any issues that you may have ! If looking for storage in East Texas i highly recommend Big Dog Storage.

Big Dog Storage has been a solid choice for us. It’s conveniently located on I-20 about 8 miles from Canton, so getting to our unit is quick and easy. If you’re searching for storage units near Canton with direct highway access, this location makes a lot of sense. Greg runs the place and has been very helpful from the start. He’s easy to communicate with and willing to work with you if you need anything. It’s clear he stays on top of the property. The facility feels safe, secure, and well cared for. Overall, it’s a dependa... read more

We’ve had a great experience renting here over the last 6–7 months. The facility is always very clean, secure, and easy to access. We especially love the digital locks and phone-controlled gate access — it makes everything super convenient. The owner is also very responsive and helpful whenever we’ve needed anything. Another huge plus is there’s no bait-and-switch pricing like you see at a lot of storage places — no surprise rate increases a few months after moving in. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend! Very secure, well-maintained, and the owner is such a kind and genuinely good person. I was immediately impressed by the technology Big Dog uses, and the ease of use and access is best in class.
