Bighorn is a great local company. There was a few issues with the central heat, and Jason and Josh were quick to locate and correct the problem and make it right, which I really appreciated. They are very professional. I'm so happy I know where to turn to if I have any issues in the future! You folks out there spread the word BIG HORN is top-notch.

We had a mini split installed on a large patio. These guys are top of the line in responsiveness and service from start to finish. Even recommended an Electrician who was also first class. Recommended. AAA+

Big Horn Heating and Cooling came promptly when we called and said we were having a problem with our a/c. Josh came and he trouble shooted our system, identified the cause of the problem and fixed it, and explained everything in a very thorough way that was understandable to us. We have had bad experiences in the past with HVAC service in Jackson, but Josh was excellent! I really can't recommend them enough. I feel totally confident that our HVAC is in good hands now. Thank you Josh and Big Horn!

Excellent service! Chris and Coby did an outstanding job. This was a full replacement HVAC due to equipment failure with the original unit. They worked hard and did what it takes to get the job done. Highly recommended!

Richard came out to do the yearly service of my furnace. He was courteous and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to have him service my furnace. Thank you for having such a great technician.
