My car broke down in Spokane. Called the first tow place who quoted us 2000 to take me back to moses lake. No way! so we contact this guy, who quoted us half of that price. So we went with him. He came quickly and hooked up my van and towed me home. He was very nice, and professional. I would 10 out of 10 recommend him if you need a tow, lockout or any other service. The tow truck got to me quickly. He loaded and secured my car on the flatbed of the tow truck faster than I've ever seen done. Plus, he had my car to its destination quickly, allowing me to get my flat tire changed right away. Thank you for the great service! Highly recommend off my 1st experience.

Thank you Big Jim’s towing. Lost my brakes driving on Francis , made it safely to a parking lot and I called and you were here within 20 minutes 25 minutes max. I greatly appreciate the driver, he was very professional and helpful.
