I called in after finding a drain line leak. They were available for same day service. From the beginning, communication was excellent and I was advised that Dillon would be the person showing up, as well as a time window of estimated arrival. Dillon showed up on time, and texted when he was on his way with an ETA. Quite pleased. We were out of town and got a leak notification from the city. Big Red got someone out two hours after I called, the located the exterior leak, and attempted to resolve. When the frost hydrant ended up being too deep to manually dig down to, despite having spent and hour locating and two hours manually digging the hole, Dillon was just going to charge a diagnostic fee of $99. Our hot water heater decided to be a problem. I called Big Red and they were able to help me within about an hour of my call to them. They were amazingly friendly and polite. Dillon called to let me know he was on his way and asked if he could pick me up a coffee! I declined but I thought that was a level of customer service I have never experienced! Dillon was absolutely amazing! The service had him out in less than 24 hours. He kept us in the loop as to his arrival. Then he gave us all of the information so we could make an educated decision on what we needed done and when. We would certainly have him out to help us again. Not only was he very kind and clear in his explanations, he was professional and offered a ton of tips for the future. (He was also super sweet to our dog. That gets anyone kudos.) Dillon was amazing! I needed a very old toilet replaced that was sitting on plywood on a sloped floor, and the flange needed to be replaced because it sticking up too far above the floor. Everything looks great! He even took the old toilet away for me. This is the only plumber I'm calling from now on.
