When I was quoted my prices I was quoted $150 an hour. When I got my bill after 3 hours it was $1,100. Not only did they put antifreeze in my shower drain when I'm living in my fifth wheel. I was so sick the first night I had to sleep in my car. Then about a week later our power went out and I had to turn my fans on sucking the air out of the inside of my trailer because I was running generator and then all this pink antifreeze started coming up out of my shower drain. Kevin was fantastic. The service became more of a project than I was anticipating due to dishwasher involvement and Kevin explained everything in detail, provided an electrician referral, and went to go get parts for the additional fixes same day. He also provided some money back after the service was complete. He was friendly and professional, wore booties in my home to protect the floors, and cleaned up after he finished. Kevin came out within two hours of our call to repair a leaking hot water connection on our washing machine. He diagnosed and gave us options for repair/price. He finished quickly, cleaned up completely, and got the washing machine operating again. He was personable and friendly. We would definitely have him back when we are in need of a plumber.
Big Red Plumbing has great communication and calls and arrival times were always when they said they were going to either arrive or call back. Dillon was a pleasure to discuss needs and Jacob (The Installer) was great as well, He had the new water heater installed in about 3 hours and cleaned up everything like he wasn't even there. Had a great experience with Kevin from big red plumbing. Our garbage disposal quit working and sink wasn’t draining at all, making it practically unusable. We called another place that wasn’t able to come out right away, but Kevin at big red plumbing was there within a couple hours and resolved our issue promptly. Did his best to fix the disposal, but did end up having to replace it which we knew might be a possibility. He explained everything clearly and worked efficiently. I would recommend and use again
