Dillon did an excellent job for our new home plumbing. He worked with me on all the customizations I wanted and was very quick and attentive to my requests. His work was great! I'm calling him back when we build again!
I called about an issue with my water heater, and Dillon came out the same day. He quickly identified the problem and fixed it on the spot. He was fast, friendly, and clearly knowledgeable. I highly recommend Big Red Plumbing!
Jakob was very kind, he explained things clearly and was able to diagnose and fix an issue with our bathtub drain (p trap) very quickly. I really appreciated that he diagnosed the problem and gave the cost ahead of time. No surprise charges when he was finished. I will definitely call Big Red plumbing again for future plumbing needs.

Very polite, honest, and clean! Dillon quoted us for some repairs and drain cleaning, but determined some of the drains were fine and reduced the price, plus he offered to do a simple fix for free. We will trust him with our future business and others should too!
