Very polite, honest, and clean! Dillon quoted us for some repairs and drain cleaning, but determined some of the drains were fine and reduced the price, plus he offered to do a simple fix for free. We will trust him with our future business and others should too!
I called about an issue with my water heater, and Dillon came out the same day. He quickly identified the problem and fixed it on the spot. He was fast, friendly, and clearly knowledgeable. I highly recommend Big Red Plumbing!
I called in after finding a drain line leak. They were available for same day service. From the beginning, communication was excellent and I was advised that Dillon would be the person showing up, as well as a time window of estimated arrival. Dillon showed up on time, and texted when he was on his way with an ETA. Quite pleased. We were out of town and got a leak notification from the city. Big Red got someone out two hours after I called, the located the exterior leak, and attempted to resolve. When the frost hydrant ended up being too deep to manually dig down to, despite having spent and hour locating and two hours manually digging the hole, Dillon was just going to charge a diagnostic fee of $99. Dillon came in to fix our faucets at our dog grooming shop, and was efficient, friendly, and did an amazing job. He was very polite and even waited while we finished washing the dogs before he started. His expertise and professionalism was of the highest quality. Dillon relieved so much stress for us, and made it so we could get back to these cuties! I recommend Dillon to everyone!
