We had an AC break down at 5 O’clock PM on the Hottest Day of the Year,, however ,, my Luck changed after that. I was fortunate to reach Kristen at Big Wave AC and then got Lucky again to have Jake available ,after a very long hot day, to come to our rescue. Jake was very professional and knowledgeable and able to diagnose our problem after an extensive evaluation. We are up and running thankful to the Big Wave Team .
Everything I’ve ever had done with Big Wave has been spectacular and Jake is without a doubt a 10/10! He’s a Gem!

Great experience with service technician Jake Tracy. He was right on time, i.e. showed up promptly at 12:00, for 12:00 to 14:00 appointment time window. Jake efficiently performed the necessary maintenance / repair work and patiently answered all questions. The final bill / invoice amount is fair and reasonable. The absolute BEST! Charlei an his technicians did a quality job at an exceptional price! From the furnance install to the ducting and insulation, done on time and the follow up care by charlei to ensure our satisfaction was something you don't get from the bigger companies out there. Don't even think about usung anyone else!

I would highly recommend Big Wave. I recently had a new furnace installed in my manufactured(mobile) home and am very pleased. They are honest, forthright, affordable, on time and thorough. They took care of permitting process, and everyone was very pleasant to work with. Great job! Great company!
Charles fixed my AC capacitor and did a fantastic job. Explained why ac needed a new one and why. Answered my questions and was very polite and a great tech. Would have him come out next I have an issue.
