Absolutely horrible company to deal with...rules, rules, rules...the lease was a ridiculous 22 pages of bullsh*t.
My overall opinion about Bigfoot is poor. The beginning process was easy and cooperative but the process of leaving my rental due to the lack of funds and time has been hard. I have tried for over 30 days to get someone in my old rental and they have declined everybody. It’s hard to get anything done since they won’t call you back and take forever to get paperwork done. I don’t know when I’m getting my security deposit at this rant. Recommend not renting through them .
