Bilha was kind in nature and easy to speak to. I appreciated how she listened, responded with compassion and able to provide the kind of support I needed.

It’s a personal opinion but I think someone who’s working in this field should be nice and try to smile and show sympathy to the patient. The front desk lady was perfect, so nice and I appreciate it. Also, I would appreciate it if the clinic tells us in advance if the provider is assistance or a psychiatrist. I think I should have this option to say no I want only a psychiatrist or say I’m fine with an assistance. I try to find another provider that is more like a human being.
