I went in today to get an estimate for hail damage and upon arrival the lady was extremely rude because I wanted to see how much the repairs were if I self paid. She made the process extremely complicated and made me feel like a bother for wanting to self pay instead of use my insurance. She is an older lady with short gray hair. The other receptionist was extremely kind. But I’ll definitely spend my money somewhere else.
I’m very impressed with the service I received here! My car had significant damage, and the team was professional, communicative, and helped make the process as stress free as possible. I highly recommend their services!
The best experience of its kind I’ve had in decades. Repair was the highest quality work possible. I was kept informed of progress, employees are friendly and polite, facility is state of the art. No one likes the need for this kind of work, but a place like this makes it as painless as possible. If I were a famous person and they asked me to do a commercial, not only would I do the commercial, I wouldn’t even take any money for it!
Slow and unresponsive. Was told it would take 2 days to a week to replace my bumper. That was two and a half weeks ago. I was also told I would be updated on the process but never heard from the adjuster until a week and a half in. It took me calling daily for 4 days (Friday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday) to finally get a response from him. Still waiting with no idea how much longer it will take. This is crazy.
I took my car here because it was broken into and attempted stolen (the dealerships had a 2 month wait) Fast! Quality work. Great communication about my vehicle and progress. Wendy in the office was super helpful and handled all my questions and concerns. They used manufacturer parts and they handled everything with my insurance. They had a Lyft take me home and come get me when my car was ready! They even replaced my floor mat which was somehow lost in the break in!
