Unbelievably terrible! Do not bring your vehicle for here. Picked up my vehicle, and immediately notice new scratches on the door, windshield that was scratched wasn't replaced even though it was supposed too be. I immediately pointed it out, and they told me to bring it back when the windshield came in, and they would repaint the scratches at that time. Got a mile down the road, and got gas. Very nice and kind, highly professional. Took my car there after hail damage. I would have had a turnaround time that was super quick, but they needed to order a part from the manufacturer that was broken during the storm, so that slowed the process down, obviously not their fault at all.
Absolute pleasure working with David at Bill knight collision. My f250 was damaged front to back. He made sure everything was 100% back to normal. Thank you for the attention to detail.
I went in today to get an estimate for hail damage and upon arrival the lady was extremely rude because I wanted to see how much the repairs were if I self paid. She made the process extremely complicated and made me feel like a bother for wanting to self pay instead of use my insurance. She is an older lady with short gray hair. The other receptionist was extremely kind. But I’ll definitely spend my money somewhere else.
I took my car here because it was broken into and attempted stolen (the dealerships had a 2 month wait) Fast! Quality work. Great communication about my vehicle and progress. Wendy in the office was super helpful and handled all my questions and concerns. They used manufacturer parts and they handled everything with my insurance. They had a Lyft take me home and come get me when my car was ready! They even replaced my floor mat which was somehow lost in the break in!
