The wife hit a raccoon on the way to work and did quite a bit of damage. I took the car in for an estimate. Told me to bring it back on Tuesday. I dropped it off on Tuesday and he told me he would have it done by Monday. He called Friday morning saying that the car was ready. I am very pleased with every experience I have had here. They kept me updated on what process they were working on and time line. The body work and paint work were flawless.

They did an excellent job repairing our Mach-e! Everyone we spoke with was friendly and professional. When the car was finished there was a small defect in the paint - they took it back no problem and corrected it. Everything was smooth and easy and I really appreciate that!

The people here made this such an easy experience! From the time I made the appointment till I picked my vehicle back up, they walked me through every detail and made sure I was informed on any changes in expected completion time…which was actually sooner than promised! Would definitely recommend!

I recently had repair work on my vehicle at 92nd and Memorial. The front desk and service advisor, Tony M, were exceptional and kept me informed throughout the process. My car looks great and was delivered a day early. Great help through the insurance process as well. Highly recommend.
