Denise and Tony were great to work with! My minivan looks good as new and I was kept informed regularly. I even got my vehicle back a day earlier than expected.
The people here made this such an easy experience! From the time I made the appointment till I picked my vehicle back up, they walked me through every detail and made sure I was informed on any changes in expected completion time…which was actually sooner than promised! Would definitely recommend!
My car was hit while parked an unoccupied. Due to my work schedule, they were able to promptly get me in for repairs and get me into a rental. Progressive helped and was very professional as well. Tony was my service advisor and very helpful and provided me with updates. My vehicle was done, repaired and washed a day early! 10 stars if I could. Also, the lady at the front desk was very sweet and amazing.
The folks at BKC do an outstanding job. The repair to my vehicle was done timely with frequent updates on repair status. They do a nice job washing and cleaning my vehicle prior to releasing it to me. I highly recommend them.
