The people here made this such an easy experience! From the time I made the appointment till I picked my vehicle back up, they walked me through every detail and made sure I was informed on any changes in expected completion time…which was actually sooner than promised! Would definitely recommend!

My car was hit while parked an unoccupied. Due to my work schedule, they were able to promptly get me in for repairs and get me into a rental. Progressive helped and was very professional as well. Tony was my service advisor and very helpful and provided me with updates. My vehicle was done, repaired and washed a day early! 10 stars if I could. Also, the lady at the front desk was very sweet and amazing.

I recently had repair work on my vehicle at 92nd and Memorial. The front desk and service advisor, Tony M, were exceptional and kept me informed throughout the process. My car looks great and was delivered a day early. Great help through the insurance process as well. Highly recommend.

Everything was great with the exception of receiving a call on Friday 20 min before closing letting me know that my car was ready. Not enough time to respond to the message. Therefore my car sit outside your facility the entire weekend.

Bill Knight Collision is hands down the best in Oklahoma. They operate with integrity and provide top notch customer service. Anything Bill puts his name on is a company I would go out of my way to work with. In an industry that commonly brings frustration to consumers, the approach and care given at Bill Knight Collision is refreshing to say the least. Highly recommended!!!
