The wife hit a raccoon on the way to work and did quite a bit of damage. I took the car in for an estimate. Told me to bring it back on Tuesday. I dropped it off on Tuesday and he told me he would have it done by Monday. He called Friday morning saying that the car was ready. I am very pleased with every experience I have had here. They kept me updated on what process they were working on and time line. The body work and paint work were flawless.
They did an excellent job repairing our Mach-e! Everyone we spoke with was friendly and professional. When the car was finished there was a small defect in the paint - they took it back no problem and corrected it. Everything was smooth and easy and I really appreciate that!

Ford Flex needed the near bumper fixed from an accident. Had an extensive evaluation of damage; parts were pre-ordered so that everything was on site at time of repair. Dropped off Monday morning and completed Thursday morning. Received updated text messages during repair process. When I picked up, car looked GREAT AND they even buffed out/off some red paint on the driver's side from when a careless person side swiped the vehicle while parked at Sams (no note).
