My vehicle has been at the Broken arrow shop for 5 months setting and nothing getting done. They say it is parts but it is a 2025 vehicle and parts are readily available. I have been in contact with GM and the parts are in stock and nothing has been done. I would not waste time with any Bill Knight Collision center no one will return my calls . In the process of getting an attorney involved now and will also include progressive insurance on this also .
Do not do business with Bill night collision center. They took over three weeks to get my front fender fixed excessive length of time. Then they held my car hostage because they did not get an approved estimate from the insurance. I waited almost a week to get my car after it was fixed because they did not do the proper paperwork while fixing the car. They’re not truthful. They’re expensive. And they take an excessive length of time to fix your car.
