I had a great experience with Bill Knight Collision from start to finish. Derek, the service manager, was fantastic to work with and kept me updated throughout the entire repair process. The team was professional, friendly, and completed the repairs quickly and flawlessly. My truck looks just as good as it did before the accident. One of the biggest reasons I chose Bill Knight Collision was the lifetime warranty they stand behind on their repairs, and that gave me a lot of confidence in the quality of their work. Derrick was very accommodating to my situation with multiple vehicles needing repair. The work was done in a reasonable amount of time at a fair price. Everyone I spoke to was very pleasant. I am very pleased with the service I received. I highly recommend them!
It took 7 days to replace a tail lights assembly, found out they are actually not affiliated with Bill Knight just paying for the name. Bill Knight Ford has better service than the contractor. Drove my vehicle last night and no tail light. Unfortunately they are closed on Saturdays so now can not drive my vehicle at night for fear of getting a ticket for no tail light. Would not recommend this repair shop, go directly to Bill Knight.
Very friendly from the representative at take in to the shop manager! I had collision damage repair that ended up needing adjustments but they did not hesitate to take it in and provided a rental to make sure my husband and I were completely satisfied. I will highly recommend this shop to family and friends and I will use again if ever needed….hopefully I won’t need their service again but at least I know a trusted shop to use if I do!
They were fantastic to work with to get my vehicle fixed after an accident. Very friendly and kept me updated often along the repair process.
