Bill has worked with us on three loans/refinances over the past 14 months, with a refi and purchase going on simultaneously. Bill's responsiveness to us from the application to closing is exemplary. His support staff are really on top of their game and kindly and gently kept us on track with documents and signatures. We are 100% satisfied and will call on Bill when it is time to buy a Farm after the kid graduates.
