This is my second purchase with Bill and he is the best. He takes his time to go over everything and answer any questions you might have. I would and do recommend if thinking about home financing call Bill first.

Bill Mallinson is much more than a mortgage pro. He has become a friend that I can trust to provide me with the best advice. Bill stays very in-tune with the industry trends and has the best products and rates available. We were able to close 2 weeks earlier than expected. Their office is small and local and feels like stepping into my old neighborhood bank. He has helped some of my friends get financing on their first home when it seemed impossible everywhere else they went. 5 stars!
