Their sales associates are very friendly and knowledgeable. They back their used cars with a very nice engine and transmission warranty at no cost to the buyer (car must have below 90,000 miles to qualify). That is a huge deal to me when buying a used car. Try getting that anywhere else, not gonna happen unless you are pulling from your pocket. They have the ability to pull a used car from 3 different Volz owned dealerships. Erich at Bill Volz Westchester just hooked me up with a 3 year lease on a new 2020 Grand Cherokee. After dealing with other Jeep dealers, Volz is like the varsity compared to the JV. Did all the negotiating with Erich over the phone, no hassles with the 2017 Jeep I returned, and he and Elijah had me in and out of there in less than an hour!
